BioAge Test Providers 2026

Who actually runs each test? Background, lab location, research partnerships and international shipping — so you know exactly what your sample goes through.

TruDiagnostic

Lexington, Kentucky · USA

Pioneer in the direct-to-consumer epigenetic clock market. Partner of the Horvath Lab (UCLA). Offers the proprietary multi-omics OMICmAge clock and is one of the few providers carrying DunedinPACE in its official lineup.

Strength: scientific partnerships, fast integration of new clocks. Weakness: US lab, complex GDPR exposure for EU customers.

Sample typeDried blood
Price range$229 – $499

GlycanAge

London, UK · Lab Zagreb, HR

The only major provider using the IgG glycan method. Spinout from the Lauc group at the University of Zagreb. The glycan clock responds sensitively to inflammaging and therefore to lifestyle changes — often visible after 3 – 6 months.

Strength: EU processing, fast lifestyle response. Weakness: only one metric, no epigenetic clock.

Epimorphy (myDNAge)

California · USA

Spinout from the Horvath ecosystem. myDNAge uses the PhenoAge algorithm (Levine 2018) as its methodological foundation. An affordable entry point into epigenetic BioAge testing with established scientific basis.

Strength: PhenoAge solidly validated. Weakness: only one clock, no DunedinPACE, no OMICmAge.

InsideTracker

Cambridge, Massachusetts · USA

Not a pure BioAge provider but rather functional diagnostics with a longevity slant. The Ultimate package delivers 43 biomarkers (lipids, hormones, inflammation, vitamin D) plus an algorithmic "InnerAge". Venous blood draw via partner labs in major countries.

Strength: broad biomarker panel, fast results. Weakness: InnerAge methodologically softer than epigenetic clocks.

Elysium Health

New York · USA

Originally a supplement company (NAD+ precursor base), now offers "Index" — a multi-omics biological age clock. Strong scientific advisory board with many longevity names, but methodological details remain partly proprietary.

Strength: strong brand, integrated supplement service. Weakness: methodology less transparent than TruDiagnostic.

OmegaQuant

Sioux Falls, South Dakota · USA

Specialist for the Omega-3 index — co-developed by William S. Harris, the Framingham Offspring researcher who coined the metric. Not a BioAge clock, but a single biomarker with one of the strongest mortality correlations in the longevity literature.

Strength: rigorously validated, low cost, fast turnaround. Weakness: single metric only, not a comprehensive clock.

Selection by data privacy

If you'd rather not have DNA data leave the EU, GlycanAge (EU lab in Zagreb) is the cleanest option among major providers. All other major providers in this table process samples in the US and rely on contractual arrangements for the privacy layer. That's legally permissible, but if you want data kept close to the EU, the field is narrower.

Selection by methodological depth

For maximum DNA methylation depth, TruDiagnostic is currently the first stop because multiple clocks (GrimAge, PhenoAge, DunedinPACE, OMICmAge) run in a single test. If you only need one clock, Epimorphy offers the cheapest path to validated methodology. GlycanAge measures a different layer (inflammation) and can be used in parallel.
